I am also a collaborator with amazing transformation consultancy Insyte Partners. I collaborate with Liz, Marie, Emma, and Kris as a facilitator of organizational transformation using the Theory U process. For INDIVIDUALS

If you are interested in building on your innate skills for managing stress, navigating change, and enjoying life, I would love to work with you. We can work together in three ways: somatic awareness coaching, meditation instruction, and Ayurveda.

Coaching

In somatic awareness coaching sessions, I help you bring awareness to the inner experience of your body, mind, and emotions. This guides you to shift out of stuckness and turn toward what you really want. Sessions begin with centering to help us get anchored in present moment awareness so we can see what you’d like to explore. We use breath, movement, and awareness to support you in gaining insight into your patterns. All of the coaching processes are empowering and help you to face and acknowledge the unconscious commitments that are organizing your current reality, and then choose conscious commitments that reflect what you really want to create in your life. We generate pleasurable, measurable action steps that you can take to move toward what you want and to generate more vitality and connection in your life. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration.


Meditation

Imagine a life free from pain and sorrow—infused with joy and tranquility. The ancient yogis called this state vishoka, and insisted that we all can reach it. The key is a precise set of meditative techniques designed to unite mind and breath, and turn them inward.

The heart of Vishoka Meditation is a technique that is spiritually-grounded, yet highly systematic and experiential. But Vishoka Meditation is more than technique—it is a living practice supported by a rich body of wisdom, refined over countless generations.

Sessions are 60-minutes in duration. Based on your familiarity with meditation and your reason for seeking instruction, we’ll co-create a session that meets your needs. Most sessions will begin with breath-aligned movement before moving through the preparatory practices into the full practice of Vishoka Meditation.


Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the science of self-healing, sometimes called the sister science of yoga. Its aim is to restore health to the whole person, creating a sense of thriving physically, mentally, and spiritually. The high level of resilience that Ayurveda helps you attain creates a healthy foundation and generates ample vitality for you to use as you live into your highest purpose.

Ayurveda gives us a framework for understanding our nature, working with our natural tendencies, and balancing the elements in the body so that we have optimal health. When you schedule an Ayurvedic consultation with me, you’ll provide information on your health goals and your current lifestyle. In a 90-minute session I’ll share the best lifestyle and nutritional modifications you can make for your optimal health.

Interested in a class at your yoga studio, university, or other group setting? Here are a few:

Restoring Resourcefulness: A 6-module program designed to support a global shift in our ability to effectively move out of the fear trance and to experience access to choice, connection, and collaboration. In these modules you’ll learn practices to help expand your ability to meet challenges and create new structures that support authenticity, curiosity, and care for one another.

Take A Joyful Pause: A 6-module program that supports building a self-care practice. Participants will learn a framework for better self-understanding, daily self-care routine, an evening yoga practice, a foundational meditation practice, tools for emotional awareness, and more. 

Tools for Tricky Times: A 4-module program that supports skill-building for times that are destabilizing. Participants will learn practices to support inner stability, courageous communication, using appreciation as fuel, and strengthening attention. 

Introduction to Meditation: A 6-module program that helps participants understand the benefits of meditation, practice stress reduction techniques, and learn how to meditate through guided practices.
